Wenz Ambient Noise: numerical tests
Verifies the JS port of the Coates 1989 / Stojanovic 2007 formulas
against the SPEC section 5.1 reference table (NL_total within 0.5 dB,
dominant component matches), the shipping-mute drop from SPEC section
5.5, and a few component-by-component sanity values.
